After initially meeting in 2019 at Family Gras in Mobile, we didn't really connect until Mardi Gras the following year. Katie chose the weekend before the world shut down for Covid to fly to Florida for the first time. After that first weekend in Destin, we spent the next year flying and driving back and forth from Washington, DC to Destin. Travel days were long, early and sad, but ultimately worth it!

Knowing that Culver, IN is one of Katie's favorite places, Hunter coordinated a beautiful proposal with her family and friends watching nearby. We had the best week celebrating with her family and our friends up there. Champagne (and busch lites) flowed for the entirety of the weekend and not even a dislocated shoulder, and ER visit interrupted the celebrating! Hunter learned that he can surf and that he will never do it again! We are blessed to have so many loved ones in our life and look forward to sharing more memories with each of you for the years to come! Thank you to each of you for being part of our story.
