Question

What are the food choices and options?

Answer

There will be stations that will include beef, poultry and vegetarian options. We are already aware of a number of food / gluten allergies, but please let us know if you have any other food concerns.

Is the ceremony held at the same location as the reception?

Answer

Yes. The ceremony will be held at the Lucknow Gardens, which is located at the top of the mountain. Guests will meet at the reception area and will be driven to the top by trolley’s. At the conclusion of the ceremony, guests will be driven back down to the cocktail / reception area.

Did you set up a room block at a nearby hotel?

Answer

Unfortunately, we were unable to do so. We have listed a number of area hotels under the “hotels & accommodations” tab. As this is a summer destination, rooms/ rentals are booking fast! Be sure to make overnight accommodations asap.

What time should we arrive?

Answer

Guests should arrive to the venue by 4:30pm for ceremony seating in the Lucknow Gardens.

Which entrance should we use?

Answer

The venue has asked that guests use the service road entrance and not the main gate of the Castle in the Clouds. The address for that road is 586 Ossipee Park Road Moultonborough, NH 03254
