What if I didn't RSVP on time?

Answer

Due to vendor requirements, we must provide a final headcount in a timely manner. Unfortunately, we will not be saving your seat if your response is not received by the September 5th deadline. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We kindly ask that only those formally invited attend, as we're unable to accommodate additional guests.

Question

Why is a wedding photo being requested? Do we have to participate?

Answer

We have asked all married couples to send a cherished photo from their wedding day for a special display by the September 5th deadline as well. Married couples do not have to participate. However, if a couple does not submit a photo by the deadline, unfortunately, we will not be able to include it in the final display. This ensures fairness and allows time for proper planning and design. If couples would like to participate please send your special photos via email to k.4thmerch@gmail.com or text it to 540-326-2186! Thank you!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outdoors followed by an outdoor social hour and a barn reception.

When should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive early to allow time for parking. Parking will be available in a nearby field.

What if it rains?

Answer

Should there be light rain, umbrellas will be provided for guests during the ceremony. In case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be relocated in the barn.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Kindly dress in Semi-Formal or "Dressy Casual" attire. Think polished but relaxed-combining classic attire with rustic inspired touches.

What colors should I avoid wearing?

Answer

Refrain from wearing white, ivory, or similar colors that are traditionally associated with a wedding dress out of respect for the bride! Thank you!

Can I take pictures or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony! Join us in being fully present and please refrain from using your mobile devices and cameras as we have hired a gifted photographer to capture the memories for us all. Guests are more than welcome to take photos and videos during the reception.

Can I share the photos I took at the wedding on social media?

Answer

We kindly ask that you hold off on posting your photos until we've had the chance to share pictures ourselves. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to see the moments you've captured once we've shared ours!

What should we expect in terms of drinks and refreshments?

Answer

Alcohol will be available during our social hour, courtesy of One Family Brewing Co. offering a few selections they've specially crafted. Please note that alcohol will be available only during this time or until such supply runs out. During the reception alcohol will not be served but rather beverages including sodas, teas, and water to keep everyone refreshed and comfortable.

What's on the menu?

Answer

Dinner will be catered by Mission BBQ. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please be aware that we are unfortunately unable to provide alternative meal options. We kindly suggest making arrangements to eat beforehand or bringing something that suits your needs. Thank you for understanding!

Why is there a 10pm departure requirement?

Answer

This event is being held on private property. Out of respect for the homeowners generosity, we must ensure all guests depart by 10pm.
