When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by May 11, 2026. To ensure accurate planning, we kindly request that you respond by this date. If we haven't received your RSVP by May 11th, we'll unfortunately need to mark you as unable to attend, and we'll truly miss having you celebrate with us!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving by 4:30pm for our 5:00pm ceremony. This will give you ample time to find your seat, settle in, and enjoy the beautiful venue before we begin. Please plan ahead and account for potential traffic to ensure you arrive comfortably and on time. Important note: Guests arriving after 5:00pm will not be permitted to enter the ceremony ballroom.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking for our wedding is conveniently located in the adjacent lot, with both the ceremony and reception taking place at the same venue. Guests are welcome to leave their vehicles overnight, but please ensure they are picked up by 10:30am on June 13th.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding celebration will take place entirely indoors in a beautifully climate-controlled venue. While the ceremony and reception will be held inside, guests can also enjoy a charming outdoor patio adjacent to the reception ballroom for moments of fresh air and relaxation.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We invite our guests to join us in celebrating our special day dressed in elegant formal attire. Our dress code is black tie optional, allowing for stylish and sophisticated looks. Women are welcome to wear mid to floor-length dresses or chic dressy jumpsuits. Gentlemen should opt for slacks or dress pants paired with a crisp button-up shirt, with the option to add a jacket and tie. We especially love bright, joyful spring colors that capture the spirit of our celebration! If you have any questions about what to wear, please feel free to contact us directly.

Is there anything I shouldn't wear?

Answer

We kindly request that guests refrain from wearing white, cream, ivory, champagne, or any color or design that closely resembles these shades. Black is reserved for our wedding party, so we ask that guests avoid solid black attire. For men, a full tuxedo is reserved for wedding party. T-shirts and jeans are not acceptable under any circumstances. If you're unsure about your outfit, please feel free to contact us for guidance.

Can I bring a date?

We're thrilled that you want to join our celebration! Our guest list is carefully curated, so we kindly ask that you only attend with the guests specifically listed on your invitation. If you've been granted a plus one, it will be clearly noted on your invitation and in the RSVP section of our wedding website.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our wedding celebration is an adult-only event. We kindly request that guests make arrangements for childcare, with the exception of immediate family members. We hope you'll enjoy this opportunity for a special evening out together!
