FAQs

The Wedding Website of Katie Stem and Elissa Minor
Can I bring my dog? What is the dress code? Are you registered? Find the answers to those and other popular questions below.
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by August 1st.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

I mean, sure. We want you to feel fabulous. Wear what makes you feel that way. We are dressing in more traditional attire and recommend cocktail attire, but we really could care less what you wear as long as you feel great. We draw the line at MAGA hats, though.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Click on the "Registry" tab on the menu bar above to see our registry.

Question

What about food allergies?

Answer

While we aren't serving a meal, we will have drinks, snacks, and dessert. There will be gluten free and dairy free options available.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Please see the "Schedule" tab above.

Question

Can I bring my dog?

Answer

To the coast? Absolutely! To our wedding ceremony/reception? Nope. Let's leave dogs in crates at their airbnbs. Look. We get it. It's a lesbian wedding. We love dogs. But we aren't even letting Marco and Cricket, our two pups, attend. ONE OF US IS WEARING A WHITE DRESS. Dogs jump up. Enough said. Dogs are welcome on the hike though!

Question

Is there a God?

Answer

We don't think so, but hey, you do you.

Question

Mom, are we there yet?

Answer

Don't make me turn this car around.

Question

What's the deal, ladies? Why aren't you serving us a meal?

Answer

Most of you know this, but between us we have many food restrictions and food allergies, and where for many food is a way to celebrate, for us it is a bit of a source of stress at times. It isn't because we don't love you! It's because we want to feel safe and stress-free at our own wedding. Fear not. There will be plenty of desserts and snack foods to keep you from getting too drunk, er, we mean, to keep you full.
