On July 12, 2023, Katie and Dylan met in person at Salt Shack—a laid-back little spot just half a mile from where they now live together in Tampa Bay. Since that night, they’ve been off on one adventure after another, traveling, exploring, and basically finding any excuse to get away together. Along the way, they discovered a shared love for the mountains, the views, the fresh air, and just enough unpredictability to keep things interesting. On their most recent adventure to Aspen, Colorado, planned around their shared love for their favorite band, the Revivalists, Dylan decided to propose. So when it came time to choose where to say “I do,” it was an easy decision. The mountains were calling... this time, The Smoky Mountains, and they knew that was exactly where their next chapter should begin. <3
