It’s happening!

We met freshman year of college through mutual friends and we’ve been inseparable since! We bonded over our love for travel, doggos, and an unhealthy amount of café bustelo. We helped one another succeed throughout college and continue to help one another achieve our goals. It has never been easy, but we stand by the fact that it has always been worth it. In August of 2019, we planned a huge trip to Iceland and this is where Dustin asked "the big question." After a long drive around Iceland, we stopped at a mountain area with a beach called Snæfellsjökull National Park . The wind was fiercely blowing, the waves were crashing hard against the rocks, and that's where Dustin proposed. Even though we knew we were going to be together forever, Dustin was still nervous to ask and Katie still cried. YES, FINALLY!!! From college graduation to graduate school and all of our adventures in between, life would not be as great without one another in our lives. This is just the beginning. Let’s just say we are a little excited to finally tie the knot!
