Swan Lake Event Center 5900 Liberty Rd N Powell, OH 43065 The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all on site at this location! Once you pull into the parking lot, there will be people there to help direct you where everything is!

Answer

3:30pm sharp! (hopefully) Please note there is about a 15 minute walk to the ceremony site from the parking lot, so please arrive by 2:45-3pm to leave yourself enough time. Especially if you need to get kiddos situated in the kid play zone with the event baby sitter first. Golf cart rides to and from the ceremony site are available for any of our guests who need assistance with the walk.

We're having an unplugged ceremony! Which just means please put those phones away and turned off if you don't mind during our ceremony! We'll have photographers, videographers, and a whole paparazzi capturing everything for us during the ceremony, so just enjoy the festivities!

Answer

The ceremony is outside in a grass field surrounded by woods! The rest of the evening is either in a covered pavilion or indoor reception hall. For the ladies - it is recommended to wear shoes that you can easily walk on grass (flats, block heels, etc), or can bring flats for the ceremony, and then can change into your preferred shoe after! We will have heel stoppers available to help accommodate anyone with thinner heels on!

We'll be wrapping up at 11pm! We will be doing a sparkler send off to our getaway car around 10:45-11pm, if you're able to stay to join us for that, it would be much appreciated! But we completely understand if you need to head out early!

Answer

Garden Formal attire! Which essentially is just a bit snazzier/formal than cocktail attire, with lighter/medium tones encouraged to celebrate spring and our garden party celebration. For the gentlemen, that means: jacket requested, tie preferred but optional. Light or medium toned suits preferred, spring-inspired pallet encouraged. For the ladies, that means: elegant, soft, airy midi or floor length dresses. Dressy jumpsuits or tailored sets also welcome. All with a spring-inspired pallet encouraged.

DUH! You won't need any cash at our wedding for drinks or tips, it's all covered - just enjoy yourself!

Does our child have to order the "Children's Entree"?Does our child have to order the "Children's Entree"?

Answer

Nope, they can order any of the options! The other plated meals (steak, salmon, or pasta) have to be eaten in the main reception room - those cannot be offered in the child care room. The children's entree is for the kids who would prefer a kid friendly plated option (chicken tenders and sides) in the reception room to enjoy. The child care room will have a buffet for all the kids with lots of yummy options.

Please don't :D They're not permitted on site, sorry! For our dog friends (you know who you are), we ask that you leave your doggos at home, at your accommodations/airbnb, or at Katie's facility (chat with her!)

There sure will be! It'll be a full three-ring circus, for all ages, with lots of surprises and fun to-dos for all our guests!

Nope - your presence is our present! But if you're wishing to get us something, there will be a card/gift table for you to plop a love note, your favorite brand of toothpick, or whatever other special surprise. Beyond kind of you! But most importantly, please give us the gift of getting your groove-on on our dance floor!
