Where is the ceremony/reception located?

Answer

After you pass through the grand front gates, keep to the right of the island and pay close attention to the chalkboard signs throughout the property. The venue has taken great lengths to incorporate clear signage to direct you to the appropriate venue (e.g. The Ponderosa Room, Albert’s Lodge, Trey’s Vista, etc.). The ceremony will be held at Trey's Vista and the reception will be held at the Ponderosa Room. What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please aim to arrive on the property 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. This gives you ample time to park, use the resturoom, locate the ceremony site, and find your seats.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue. Please be aware that the venue does not permit guests to leave vehicles on the property for any period of time following an event. Vehicles left on the property after the conclusion of the event will be towed at the owner's expense.

What is the best way to get there?

Answer

Uber and Lyft have limited service in the area of Larkspur, CO. To ensure reliable transportation, we suggest pre-booking your rides through the Uber and Lyft apps prior to the event. Typically, the venue has found these services dependable for drop-offs but unreliable for pick-ups. Car rental services are available through Denver International Airport if you are interested in renting a car.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be a formal event, so please dress to impress in your best cocktail attire. Since the ceremony takes place outdoors on a working ranch, we recommend comfortable, sturdy shoes suitable for potentially uneven ground. Also, consider bringing a light jacket as the weather can change and cool off significantly in the evening. We want you to look fabulous and feel comfortable!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To help us keep our celebration intimate and comfortable for everyone, we’re only able to accommodate the guests who are specifically listed on each invitation. If you’re unsure whether you have a plus one, simply enter your name on our Zola RSVP page. If a guest has been included for you, their name will automatically appear when you RSVP. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate together!

To keep the day relaxed and special for everyone, children are only invited if their names are specifically included on your invitation. We encourage you to take the night off and enjoy some grown-up time, there will be plenty of fun for all!
