Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Arbor Haven, located at 7510 Arbor Haven Lane, Fredericksburg, VA 22407.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that you arrive no later than 3:15p.m., as the ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30p.m.

Is transportation provided to/from the hotel and Arbor Haven?
Answer
No, transportation is not provided. We kindly ask that you plan accordingly, especially if you plan to drink at the reception.

Yes, there is ample parking available at Arbor Haven.

What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code is semi-formal attire. Think suits/dress pants with a nice shirt for gentlemen, and cocktail dresses for women.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting), and the reception will be "indoors" under a tent structure.

Yes, there will be an open bar during the reception. Please drink responsibly, and consider bringing cash to tip the bartenders.
