Right next to both hotels! We highly recommend you stopping by here. It's one of America's largest and oldest public markets, housed since 1893 in a National Historic Landmark building, the Market offers everything you can think of- Philly Cheesesteaks, bakeries, souvenirs, etc.
Independence Hall This iconic building is where both the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution were debated and adopted. Also a crucial site where Nicholas Cage found the glasses by Benjamin Franklin that allowed him to read the secret map behind the back of the Declaration of Independence. Liberty Bell Center Home to the famous Liberty Bell. Honestly, don't bother going inside just walk around and look at the bell through the glass wall. There you go, we saved you some money and a whole hour. Elfreth’s Alley Known as the oldest continuously inhabited residential street in America, Elfreth’s Alley showcases 32 houses dating back to the early 18th century. Philadelphia Portal One of the few live stream portals in the world. Located next to City Hall, this portal will connect you live with folks in Lithuania, Poland and Ireland.
This is our favorite Cheesesteak spot! It's a hole in the wall gem in South Philly. They offer a unique take on the philly cheesesteak by incorporating indian spices. Be sure to order off their "Spicy Menu." Our favorites are the Spicy Beef Cheesesteak and the Veggie Bombay Club. They offer these in a variety of spice levels: mild, medium, spicy, and extra spicy. Extra spicy is very spicy!!!! For reference Katie gets medium and Dave gets extra spicy ;).
A really cool mini golf setup! This place utilizes a trackable ball system, keeps scores for you, and has some awesome mini golf challenges!
Only a 2 min walk from the hotels! We highly recommend you try the "Hot Fresh Donuts." They are so good and will just melt in your mouth! They offer 3 flavors: Cinnamon Brown Sugar, Cookies N Cream, & Strawberry Lavende. Cookies N Cream is probably the best ;)
