When should I RSVP?

Answer

Please be sure to RSVP by March 22, 2024 on Greenvelope (our invite)! Please select your meal choice and please let us know if you are bringing a guest.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 5PM. We ask that all guests arrive up to 30 minutes prior to be seated on time.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is formal attire for our wedding. We suggest that men wear a suit in any color and women wear a cocktail dress or a long dress. Jeans are not permitted.

Will the ceremony and reception be inside?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outside, overlooking the beautiful Tampa Bay. Our reception will follow indoors.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know in your RSVP so we can ensure our chef can prepare you something!

Can I make a song request?

Answer

Absolutely! We encourage our guests to please submit a comment along with your RSVP in Greenvelope letting us know your favorite love or dance song! We will make sure our amazing DJ gets the message!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Parking is available for a fee, on site at the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay!
