Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome but the town of Barga is very small and there isn't many activities in the town to keep children occupied.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The sooner you can RSVP the better it would be for us to get the day organised. If you could also tell us if you will be attending any of the build up events that would be great! There is zero pressure to attend the extra events if you would prefer to spend this time exploring the area yourselves or taking time out.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

A coach will pick up guests from a bar in Barga at 3:45pm on the day of the wedding. The bar location will be published closer to the big day.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have any dietary requirements or have any allergies please email or text either Katie or Dan.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

A coach will be put on to take guests to the wedding from the centre of Barga and to drop them back off after the wedding in Barga. Taxis will also be available should you wish to leave prior to the main coach transport.

Are there any places near Barga that you would recommend to visit?

Answer

Lucca is located around 40 minutes away Pisa is located around 1 hour away Cinque Terre is located around a 2.30 hours away

Is there any other activities close by to Barga

Answer

Dependent on your preference there is plenty to explore in and around Barga including... Barga Old Town Grotta del vento Ponte della Maddalem Katie and Dan will gladly share their advice if of benefit.
