For the wedding: Tropical cocktail attire! For the ladies, fun dress colors are encouraged to match the island vibe. For the guys, a button up shirt and pants with a light jacket or blazer. Dancing will be in the sand so shoes are recommended to come off. For the welcome party: Casual resort wear- dresses, sun dresses, short or long sleeve button ups, collared shirts, shorts, etc.
We highly recommend to stay on or close by Sandy Beach in Rincon, Puerto Rico.
You can get away with either. If you're staying in the Sandy Beach area of Rincon, you'll be able to walk to restaurants, bars, and beaches, and leverage the taxis/ubers in the area to travel elsewhere. If you want to explore places such as the waterfall, we recommend renting a car.
Aside from your wedding attire, Rincon is incredibly casual (t-shirts, flip flops, and swim suits are enough most days). If checking a bag, we'd recommend bringing your own sunscreen and bug spray. We always pack our snorkels for some great snorkeling off of Step's Beach.
