In order that everyone attending can relax and enjoy the evening fully we ask that no children be in attendance.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

There is no provided transportation.

I have a food allergy and or vegan/vegetarian. Can I make a special request?

Answer

Please inform us if you have any food allergies. Or if you need a vegan/vegetarian dish. Dinner is buffet style with no vegetarian/vegan option. There will be no special request, but we are able to accommodate for dietary needs.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes there is plenty of parking at Wickham Park.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5. Feel free to arrive early to drive through Wickham Park and visit the gardens. Or get a few holes of disc golf in.
