Question
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
The official time that it will start will be included in your invitations, however, please arrive at least 45 minutes-1 hour early to secure your seat and to get adjusted before it starts. Please note that those that are late will need to wait until the reception starts to enter, as we do not want disruptions during the ceremony. Thank you : )

What is the dress code?
Answer
Please wear semi-formal clothes, like suits and dress shirts/dresses and blouses with nice jeans or slacks. Our colors will be Sage Green and Lavender, so if you would like to incorporate those colors into your outfit that would be awesome. If not, please try and stay with neutral colors like black and pastel colors. Please no loud colors.

Are children invited?
Answer
While we would love to invite your children, unfortunately due to limited space and availability we would like to have a child-free night (the only exception will be to immediate family members who receive the name of their child on the invite). We want parents to enjoy a night out! Thank you for understanding.

Can my +1 come?
Answer
Unfortunately, unless your partner is specified in the invitation, due to limited space and our budget we are unable to accommodate extra guests. Please keep this in mind as if you come to the wedding with someone without our consent, you will not be allowed into the venue.

What’s the best way to RSVP?
Answer
You will be able to RSVP on this website! : ) Please RSVP as soon as possible after you get your invite so we can get a good idea for how many people will actually be able to attend.

When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
Please submit your RSVP two months in advance (March 3rd, 2023) on this website so we can get everything squared away with the venue. you don’t, we will assume that you won’t be able to attend and you won’t be included on the guest list.

Answer
We are partnering with Smokin Diner to have a food truck at the wedding! Menu: https://smokindiner.com/our-menu/ Due to our limited budget we unfortunately will not be able to cover the costs of food, so if you would like to eat with us please bring money. ($15~20 range)

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
We are still figuring out the details right now, but we are looking for an open bar. Due to our budget though, we will not be able to accommodate drinks at this time. Please bring cash for drinks! (and please tip the bartenders)

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?
Answer
Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.

What Will the Weather be like?
Answer
Since it’s in May, it should be pretty nice weather! Hopefully in the 60s-70s. However, it does rain around this time, so be prepared for that if you’re traveling to the venue. The venue will be indoors though!

How do I get to the Venue?
Answer
This is the address of the venue: 7445 N Woodlawn Blvd, Valley Center, KS 67147. It is close to Wichita. If you’re flying in, there is an airport in the city (+it’s very close to the venue!), and if you’re driving, there are hotels close and attached on the “Travel” section in this website.
