When should I RSVP by?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Black Tie Optional. Think more formal evening wear. Tuxes, dark suits, floor length and elegant dresses.

Can I bring a date?

We kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation attend. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional guests.

Payment & Cost?

Answer

The cost for the wedding weekend is $650 per person. This includes the 3-night stay and includes accommodations, daily breakfast, dinners, beverages, and wedding events. We have already booked and secured the entire villa experience in advance, and the guest payment will be collected directly. Payment will be due by 8/27. Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes. If you're traveling from the U.S., your passport must be valid for at least 3 months beyond your departure date from Italy.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

We recommend flying into Florence (FLR) or Rome (FCO). Nonstop options are available into Rome from Chicago (ORD).

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

The venue is approximately 1 hour 20 minutes from Florence. We recommend renting a car from whichever airport you fly into and driving to the venue. There is parking available at the venue.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

No. We aren't providing transportation from Florence to Tuscany, but can assist in arranging transportation for you. Please reach out to us if you need any help!

What should I wear?

Answer

Wedding day dress code is black tie optional. Other wedding day events do not have a specific dress code. Please dress in whatever you're most comfortable in!

What is the weather like in Tuscany in October?

Answer

Expect mild temperatures, generally ranging from the high 50's - low 70's.

Will events be indoors or outdoors?

Many events will take place outdoors, weather permitting.

What meals are included?

Answer

Daily breakfast, welcome and wedding dinners, most beverages, and all hosted wedding events are included. Lunches will be on your own.
