What about COVID-19 preparedness?

Your health and safety is our number one priority. Our venue, Windows on Minnesota, is taking COVID-19 very seriously. The event space is very large with a maximum capacity of 400 people but with COVID-19 restrictions we can have a maximum of 200 people. Currently our guest list is around 100 people, which should leave ample space between tables, and 6 guests will be seated per table. Masks must be worn by all venue staff members at all times. We encourage all wedding guests (except vaccinated guests) to receive a COVID-19 test prior to May 22nd. MSP airport offers testing, not rapid, but the results do come in a timely manner (24-48 hours guaranteed). Also, Vault Health provides easy, at-home testing. Result timing varies with an at home test, but you are able to do it from the comfort of your own home (https://www.vaulthealth.com/covid). As of now, more and more of us are vaccinated, including Corey and Katie (Yay!) which should offer a sense of relief to everyone.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Yes! Our wedding is located at Windows on Minnesota in the IDS Center in Downtown Minneapolis. Connected to the IDS center is the Marquette Hotel, where we have selected a block of rooms. You can easily book your hotel room at the Marquette Hotel through the link in the travel section of the website.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are connected to the hotel through a short walk through the Crystal Court in the IDS Center, and a quick elevator ride to the 50th floor.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The Marquette Hotel provides valet service for $6 for the event, and $32 overnight.

We'd like to keep our ceremony and reception intimate, so guests only please!
