Rehearsal Dinner

5:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Attire: summer cocktail, the groom will be wearing his country best so cowboy boots and hats are welcome

This is a private event for extended family and the bridal party. Dinner will be held from 5:30pm - 8:00pm followed by Welcome Drinks open to all wedding guests.

Waimea Bay Beach Day

10:00 am - 6:00 pm

To all of our guests, if you are visiting or live on island we welcome you to spend the day at the beach with us! Waimea is one of our favorite beaches not just on Oahu but of all the Hawaiian islands. Bring your beach essentials (sunscreen, chair/towel, floats), pack a cooler and come enjoy the bay! ***This event is 100% optional as we know plenty of our guests have been planning excursions of their own***

Wedding Ceremony & Reception

2:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Attire: Aloha formal, Garden cocktail/dressy resort

*TRANSPORTATION* Transportation will be provided to and from the venue from two locations, Queen Kapiolani Hotel and Turtle Bay Resort. Waikiki Pickup: The bus will pickup from the Queen Kapiolani Hotel at 150 Kapahulu Avenue. Please arrive no later than 12:50pm, the bus will depart promptly at 1:05pm. The bus will be located on the Kapahulu street curb outside the front entrance, please look for a large black bus with gold lettering "Royal Star." We recommend taking an Uber/Lyft to the Queen Kapiolani. If you have any questions on the day of the wedding, contact Hannah Rayburn (707) 365-9657. Turtle Bay Pickup: Please note this shuttle is only available to guests staying at the Turtle Bay Resort or the Turtle Bay Condos. Please arrive no later than 1:20pm to the front entrance/valet stand of Turtle Bay to board. Departure is promptly at 1:30pm.
