Denver International Airport (DEN) is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours from Woodland Park (depending on traffic), where the closest hotels to the wedding venue are located. Colorado Springs Airport (COS) is about 30-minutes away from Woodland Park. Please note this is a smaller airport and will have limited flights and rental cars.

The Lake House is located in Westcreek, Colorado on the shores of a small private mountain lake in the Pike National Forest, 5 minutes from Pikes Peak Ranch, 20 minutes from Woodland Park, 45 minutes from Colorado Springs and 1.5 hours from Denver. This family vacation home is furnished with American, English, and French antiques as well as basic furnishings. This is the real Colorado, not the “tourist Colorado”. Sleeps 6 guests, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. 1 King, 2 full and two twin beds. Pet Friendly! Renters are prohibited from swimming, boating, or fishing on the lake next to the house. The rule is strictly enforced. Public water access is available at Cheesman Lake (7 miles away) and Manitou Lake (15 miles away) for boating, and fishing.
