Christian and Katie met while Christian was stationed at Fort Bliss in El Paso, TX. Katie was living in Las Cruces, New Mexico at that time while working as a School Counselor. They started dating after meeting through the dating app Hinge. I guess it really is the app that's meant to be deleted! Christian asked Katie to be her girlfriend on Valentine's Day of 2021. After three months of dating Christian was given orders to Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, TX. Christian asked Katie to join her on her new adventure in San Antonio and Katie said YES. The first of many, it seems! While in San Antonio, Christian proposed to Katie on July 3 at the San Antonio River Walk.
