We’re getting married!

Like any other good love story, we met at work. In July of 2017, I knew of this cute new resident who would be starting soon and I tried to find ways to get him to notice me. Unfortunately, Chris was in a relationship at the time so we became friends. Then one summer night in 2020, he asked to grab drinks after a busy shift. We were both finally single at the same time and that night I learned I had been his work crush for the past three years too. The timing was finally right and the rest is history!

Exploring northern Michigan has always been a favorite for the both of us. Chris fell in love with the UP on a solo trip and then I quickly brought him to my favorite campground on the shores of Lake Superior in the summer of 2021. The second time we left that campground, we came back engaged :)
