Becoming Mr. and Mrs. Lochlan

We are getting married on May 16, 2026 at the Urban Ecology Center in Milwaukee! We have secured hotel rooms at discounted rates for any guests that might need accommodations, but there are also plenty of AirBnBs near the venue. There will be parking available in a free lot, as well as street parking nearby. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm with a cocktail hour and dinner to follow. After dinner, we'll kick off our shoes and have some tunes (of the modern American and traditional Irish varieties!) To our musically-inclined friends, we will have a session at the reception, so instruments are strongly encouraged! We will have ample storage for your instruments at the venue. We kindly request that you arrive on time, or no earlier than 3:30 pm, to help us keep the night moving smoothly. Also, we are planning on an outdoor ceremony, so you might want to bring a light jacket or shawl in case Wisconsin decides to be chilly. There will be a few blankets as a backup. We are delighted to have you with us during this wonderful time in our lives! Thank you in advance for all of your love, support and enthusiasm- May 16th can't come soon enough!

Us! (soon) We decided to create a last name to mark the beginning of this new chapter. We chose Lochlan by combining "loch," which means "lake" in Scottish Gaelic and reflects our love for fishing and the outdoors, and "clan," which means "family"
