Please call the Wingate by Wyndham Ellicottville at 716-699-6000 to reserve a room within our discounted room block rate of $189/night under the “Lyter & Bell Room Block.” All rooms in the block include two queen beds. Our room block is available for Friday, May 7th and Saturday, May 8th, and guests are welcome to book either one or both nights. To receive the discounted rate, please reserve your room by April 7th, 2027. This hotel is walkable to the venue and downtown Ellicottville. The area also has several Airbnb options. Please note there are no Ubers in town, so you will either need to drive or walk to the venue.

The Buffalo Airport is the closet airport to the venue. It is a about a 50 minute drive to Ellicottville.
