How will we be taking extra safety precautions during COVID-19?
Answer
Willow Ridge Manor is reducing the size of tables and number of seats at each table. Sneeze guards have been installed at the bar and buffet, which will be served by our catering staff. Temperature checks will be distributed by registered nurses at the welcome area outside. We require your temperature to be below 100 F to keep everyone safe and healthy. Our ushers will distribute color coordinating masks in grey, eggplant, ivory, beige/white pattern, and silver. We kindly request all guests to comply with Jefferson County’s mask mandate upon arrival into Jeff Co. https://www.jeffco.us/4056/Mask-Guidance We are also distributing wristbands as a courtesy to everyone indicating personal boundaries during COVID. Green = Ok with hugs, high fives, knuckle and elbow bumps. Yellow= Ok with talking, not touching. Red = Hello! I’m social distancing. 6’ please.

We are excited to see everyone and will have libations to celebrate! Please use the $10 Lyft Events Code to get to or from the wedding. If you drive to the Willow Ridge and leave your vehicle in the parking lot, that is fine, but you will need to move your vehicle by 1 pm on Sunday (10/18). Additional Information for Live Stream from Drake and CO Photo+Films
Answer
We stream to multiple sources should for some reason we lose connection and or one host site goes down. In the off chance that technical issues arise due to internet connectivity or weather we will continue filming the ceremony and upload the file asap to allow guests to rewatch any parts they may have missed. While watching please write a comment to congratulate the bride and groom and let us know where you are watching from? It's always fun for the bride and groom to see after the fact. Often times the couple or someone in attendance will come say hello to the camera so be sure to stay tuned a few minutes after the ceremony for that as well. We hope you enjoy and thanks for watching. Should for some reason the stream cut out for any reason we will get it back up and running immediately for you and are recording it as well to share asap following the wedding. We look forward to seeing you all on their stream Saturday.

What is the first thing I should do when I visit Colorado?

Drink plenty of water if you are not used to the elevation. The venue is around 6000 ft above sea level.

Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named. The reception will be an adult occassion.
