How do I RSVP?

You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at any time. You may also contact Katie & Canon's wedding planner, Haley Murdock at (828)-260-0669 to RSVP.

When do I need to RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP no later than April 30th, 2026. Our vendors require us to provide the final headcount by this date. Any unanswered RSVP's will be counted as a "No." Thank you for understanding.

What should I wear?
Answer
Our wedding will be formal/black-tie optional, so we'd love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! For this time of year in Charlotte, may we suggest the following attire: Ladies: formal floor length and tea length dresses or pantsuits. Gentlemen: Suit and tie with lightweight shirts and slacks. Please keep in mind the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors on concrete.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please plan to arrive between 4:30 and 5:00pm to give you and your party enough time to park, mingle, and get seated before our ceremony which will begin promptly at 5:30pm. If you're not seated by the time the ceremony starts, we kindly ask that you join us at the reception.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Yes! Parking attendants will also be present to assist guests with parking before the ceremony.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding,

Can I bring my children?
Answer
Unless your children are listed on your invite, we respectfully ask you make other arrangements for your children. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night.

Can I take pictures/videos during the ceremony?
Answer
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we kindly ask that all phones & cameras be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best moments, which we will share with you. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!
