FAQs

Question

When and where is the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding will be August 1st, 2026 at the Yodeler's Lodge at Holiday Valley!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Guests are encouraged to dress in polished, dressy cocktail attire appropriate for a summer celebration. Suits or sport coats are encouraged, along with cocktail dresses or dressy jumpsuits. Please, no denim— we can’t wait to celebrate in style with you! ** Bridesmaids will be in rose gold.

Question

Can I bring a guest or my kids?

Answer

We love your enthusiasm to celebrate with us! Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes! We’ll have an open bar featuring beer, wine, seltzer, and our special signature drinks for you to enjoy throughout the evening. If you’d like something beyond those options, a cash bar will be available — so we recommend bringing some cash just in case. Cheers to celebrating together! 🥂

Question

Will the ceremony be outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside with an indoor reception to follow. Approximately 60 seats will be under a shaded pavilion for the ceremony. Please plan to arrive around 30 minutes early if you prefer a shaded seat, otherwise fans will be provided.

Question

Will there be a shuttle service?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle will run on a continuous loop to the Inn, Tamarack and village of Ellicottville for guests who need a ride.

Question

Can I leave my car overnight at the Yodeler?

Answer

Absolutely! We want our guests to be safe, so please feel free to take the shuttle or arrange for another ride and get home safely.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that all RSVPs are in by July 1st at the absolute latest so that we are able to celebrate with you!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving around 30 minutes early (4 pm) to ensure you are seated and ready for the ceremony to start.
