Hi Everyone! My dad worked with one of the local hotels (Hyatt Place) and negotiated rates for a block of rooms for our wedding guests! If you are having trouble with booking and would like step by step instructions sent to you please text Katie (510)468-5494 Note: If you don't see the type of room that you want (King + sofa bed or two Queens + sofa bed) OR if the website doesn't return any available rooms, just let us know. The hotel set aside a certain amount of each room and we may have guessed wrong on the needs for each night... if so, we can work with the hotel to adjust on the back end and let you know when you can try again. P.S. The hotel reception desk as well as the main Hyatt switchboard will NOT have any information on our special group rates, so they won't be of any help if you run into any issues.
