This event is cocktail attire. Feel free to be colorful as well :) For women: dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dressy separates. For men: collared shirts, sports/suit jacket, and dress pants/khakis.
The ceremony only will take place outside, rain or shine—cocktail hour to follow, and then the reception.
