Missouri Botanical Garden

The top of our list for St. Louis "must see" spots. This is a stones throw from our new house and is rated in the top 3 Botanical Gardens in the US. It is a beautiful place to visit any time of the year. Admission is $12 for anyone 12 and over. If you are an Orchid fan, this is the largest and most vast collection of orchids in the world. Lastly, the park is undergoing its largest visitor center construction and should be done in June of 2022. It is worth seeing the progress by the time of the wedding.

Looking for a great place to exercise, a great farmers market (Saturday morning) to check out before the wedding, or want to go for a nice stroll through a city park? This is one of the top spots in St. Louis to visit.

Fun Fact: We both went to college here but never met while at SLU. Feel free to visit for an unofficial tour of the campus. Luckily, you will get a glimpse of the campus for the wedding at College Church! Go Bills!

It might not look like a hopping place but this is where we went on our first "unofficial date". Ask us about the details anytime!! This is a fantastic local brewery that we love and visit often. This is a Friday night beer spot!

This is a "must do" if you have never been to St. Louis. See downtown from a whole new perspective!! Tickets should be purchased in advance due to limited numbers with Covid. Tickets are $12-$15 for an adult and $8-12 for a child. Prices depend on the day and time.

This Bud is for you! Another St. Louis "must do" if time allows is the 45 minute brewery tour. This is great for adults and kids alike. The tour will lead you through the brewing process, will take you through the clydesdale stables, and will offer two complimentary drinks at the end of the tour. They have recently added an indoor biergarten which is a great spot to hang out.

A great breakfast spot in Central West End. The service is great and the food is even better. This is a great spot for Breakfast on Saturday if you are looking to go out before the wedding.

This is one of the oldest neighborhoods in St. Louis. It has strong French roots and is the home to 2nd largest Mardi Gras in the US. This area has lots of great spots for good food and drink. The beloved Irish restaurant, McGurk's is here too. It is a popular spot known to every St. Louisan.
