The venue is located in a rural area without many hotel options in its immediate vicinity.
We plan to use Evansville, IN as the location for people to stay as it has many hotel options and is about 25 minutes from the venue. There is a regional airport in Evansville. The Louisville airport is about 2 hours from Evansville and the venue and the Nashville airport is about 2 hours away from the venue.
TRANSPORTATION!!!
We will be providing a shuttle van from the DoubleTree to the venue and back. Each shuttle will hold 25-30 people.
1st Shuttle leaves at 2:30pm. If you choose to take this option, there will be lawn games and beverages waiting for you out at the venue.
2nd Shuttle leaves 3: 30pm. Will get you there just ahead of the ceremony
There will be two shuttles returning guests starting at 9pm with the last shuttle at 10:30pm
You can also get an Uber or Lyft to and/or from the venue.
