The property consists of small rocks, gravel, and grass. The reception will take place inside of the barn area. There will be horse shoes, corn hole, and a volleyball court on property.
For lodging, the best tools for finding nearby stays is checking out Airbnb & Vrbo - there’s plenty of beautiful houses, cabins, etc. available close by in Florissant & slightly further, Lake George. There’s also lodging in Woodland Park, Green Mountain Falls. Rampart Reserve is a small cabin style stay that has llamas on property. They are located in Woodland Park.
Yes, the Bride and Groom have families and friends with children. If those individuals wish to include their kiddos on the special day. THEY will be there.
Vehicles are required to park in the lot to the right hand side after you enter the gate. If extra help is necessary, either someone can drive you to the ceremony sight and the driver go park in the lot, or hopefully a cart will be available day of to borrow. Venue also requires quiet hours at 9pm. With that, the last dance will take place and everyone will have to saddle up.
As the Bride and Groom have acquired majority of those “new bride and groom” household gifts. They would benefit from personalized gifts or gifts that would be beneficial for their honeymoon. Gifts are appreciated but not required.
