What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm. Please arrive and be seated prior to that time.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire - less formal than black-tie, but more formal than semi-formal

Will the ceremony take place outside?

Answer

The ceremony will take place in the pavilion area right outside of the reception barn. If weather bars this for any reason, the ceremony will take place inside.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to venue capacity, we kindly request that the guests specifically named on the invitation be the only guests that come to the ceremony and reception. Unless otherwise noted, you do not have a plus one.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Due to various reasons, we are going to have a cut-off age of 13 years and above for our wedding guests. Although we LOVE the young children in our families, we have made the decision to have guests only 13 years and above be in attendance. We understand that this may pose some challenges with children. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. This was a very difficult decision, but know we are truly sorry to those that this may affect.

What type of food and drink will be served during cocktail hour and the reception?

Answer

There will be an open bar readily available as soon as the ceremony is finished. During cocktail hour, there will be light snacks such as meats, cheeses, fruits, etc. available. Dinner will be a buffet style that will meet various dietary needs. Come hungry!!
