Are children able to come to the rehearsal or wedding/reception?

While we adore your little ones, the rehearsal dinner and wedding/reception will be an adults-only event. Thank you for understanding-we can't wait to celebrate with you!

We kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation attend. If you've been given a plus one, it will be indicated on your invite. Thank you for understanding!

Will the reception be open bar?

Answer

Drinks are on us! If you'd like to thank the bartenders, tip jars will be set out at the bars.

What is the shuttle schedule?

Answer

Transportation will be provided between the Holiday Inn Express and the venue. Shuttle Service -4:00 pm Pickup from the Holiday Inn Express to the venue (3 shuttle loads all at 4 pm) -10:00 pm Return shuttle from the venue to the Holiday Inn Express -11:00 pm Final return shuttle from the venue to the Holiday Inn Express

Can I leave my car overnight at the venue?

Answer

Yes, overnight parking is permitted. Cars may remain in the main parking lot overnight; however, please note that the main lot will be locked after the event until 9:30 am the following day. If you need access to your vehicle earlier, please park in the designated overnight parking area located before the barn, which will remain accessible.

Is smoking or vaping permitted on the property?

Smoking and vaping are only permitted in the parking lot, please dispose of materials respectfully.
