Take the ferry out from Portland harbor and explore Peaks Island with bikes. Casco Bay ferry lines also has other specialty cruises to explore the bay and islands.

Popular spot for lobster rolls on Route 1 and about an hour north of Portland
This beautiful national park is a great place to visit if you have a longer time in Maine and you can drive up the coast along Route 1 to get there.
