FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

April 30th, but the sooner the better!

Question

What should I do if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

Please make a note in your RSVP or otherwise contact the couple by April 30th if you have food allergies or other dietary restrictions. We will do our best to accommodate everyone's needs.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is black-tie optional. According to brides.com, "black-tie optional is a signal that the couple wants guests to dress up but doesn't want to require ultra-fancy attire. For women, this generally means a full-length silhouette. For men, a tux isn't required but welcomed. Although the name includes the word optional, it's fairly straightforward."

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unless your invitation specifically indicates "and guest" then please do not plan to bring a date.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to the nature of this event, we have decided to restrict our guest list to 21+. We apologize for any inconvenience this may present with child-care duties, but appreciate your understanding.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

The Logan hotel is located directly across from the Free Library of Philadelphia, meaning that those guests who are staying at the hotel will be in walking distance. For any guests with mobility issues who do not want to walk, the hotel will be happy to help assist in calling a taxi, Uber, Lyft, or other car service.

Question

Is there parking near the venue?

Answer

There is a parking lot located behind the Free Library at 19th and Callowhill.

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are registered at Bloomingdales, Williams Sonoma, and online at MyRegistry.com! We also have a cash fund through Zola if nothing else is quite right.

Question

Do I need to attend the events on Friday evening and Sunday afternoon?

Answer

Absolutely not! We understand that traveling into town for our wedding is a big ask, so please do not let these optional events influence what travel plans work best for you.
