Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there are shuttles at each hotel entrance to take you around the resort.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is dressy casual attire. This can look like dress shirts, sundresses, khakis or slacks. Jackets and ties are optional. Please, no jeans or sneakers.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We would love to have everyone join us on our special day, but due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate guests whose names are formally listed on the invitation.

When should we fly in?

Answer

You can fly in any day before the 19th or Thursday morning if need be. The ceremony isn't until 5:30 pm.

RSVP's due August 31st.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Everyone will meet at the Seaglass Lounge outside of The Cove about 30 minutes before the ceremony and then will be escorted to the ceremony site.

Yes, there will be an open bar at cocktail hour.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will both be outside.

What is the weather and climate like in the area?

Answer

February is generally dry, sunny, and warm, with pleasant daytime temperatures between 75 & 80.

What is on the dinner menu?

Answer

The dinner will be at Carmine's in the Marina Village. It is family styled eating and we will have choices between pasta, meat and seafood along with dessert.
