Wicked Barley Brewing Company
This is one of our FAVORITE breweries in Jax. It has a fun atmosphere with some great beers and food. You can hang inside at the bar or you can chill outside in their beer garden, which backs up to Goodby’s Creek. One of Katie’s favorite beers is Bob’s and Andrew loves a good Jeans in the Pool (strawberry kiwi milkshake IPA). It sounds funky but trust us, it’s good!
River & Post
Love, love, love this rooftop lounge! It is a little bit of a drive into the Riverside area of Jacksonville, but totally worth it. Their drinks are top notch and their appetizers are delish. Katie's favorite drink is the Manifest Destiny and Andrew's go to is the Bulleit Proof.
Poe's Tavern - Atlantic Beach
We looooooove this place. They have the BEST burgers! Casual and fun restaurant with good drinks and no matter what burger you pick, you can't go wrong.
Hoptinger Bier Garden & Sausage House
This is one of our favorite places to go to out at the beaches. They have a huge selection of beer and yummy food to snack on. If you are feelin' adventurous, you can order their mega flight which includes your selection of 18 craft beers. If you do that make sure you Uber LOL!
St Johns Town Center
Tons of shops and restaurants. From casual to fancy and everything in between.
Topgolf
A fun driving range that has good food, drinks, and TV's.
Hidden Hills Golf Club
There are tons of golf courses in Jax but this is one of Andrew's favorites. Its not too expensive and the layout is challenging but fun to play!
Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens
This is where Andrew proposed!! The museum is located in the Riverside area of Jacksonville and has a nice collection of art. In the back are the gardens which back up to the St. Johns River. It is also within walking distance of a ton of restaurants and shops.
