There are three airports in the area: Baltimore/Washington International (BWI), Washington Dulles (IAD), and Reagan National (DCA). Each are roughly 1-1.5 hours from the reception venue. If you want to explore D.C., we recommend flying into DCA. Don't believe what the mileage tells you--getting from Baltimore to D.C. is not a short trip!
