Dulles International Airport

If coming from the west coast or international, we suggest that guests fly into Dulles International Airport (IAD). Charlottesville does have a small regional airport with limited flights but could be a great option for guests coming from the east coast.

Rental Car

Enterprise Rent-A-Car

For guests flying into Dulles, we suggest renting a car and enjoying the scenic hour and half drive through beautiful Virginia. If flying into Charlottesville, we also suggest renting a car as most venues and accommodations are within a thirty minute drive from the airport.

Lydia Mountain Lodge & Log Cabins

Welcome to the home base for Camp Katie Alex! Lydia Mountain is a cozy log cabin resort with a lot of rustic charm and beautiful views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. We have blocked almost every log cabin on top of the mountain including a new lodge with hotel room style accommodations. Please contact Katie for more details and booking (erlandson.k@gmail.com). There are a limited number of log cabins, so all arrangements will be made on a first come basis.

Inn at Bourboursville

For those more comfortable with a vineyard setting, the Inn at Barboursville has eight available rooms and suites. The Inn is approximately a 25 minute drive from Lydia Mountain Lodge for the Welcome Party and 25 minutes from Early Mountain Vineyard for the Wedding. We were unable to put a block on these rooms, so please book directly and soon as availability won't last long.

We have blocked off rooms for the weekend, please reference link provided for booking. Located very close to Charlottesville regional airport.

Shuttle

Wedding Shuttle to & from Lydia Mountain Lodge to Early Mountain Vineyard

July 6, 2019 5:30 pm - 12:00 pm

For the wedding, we will provide shuttles from Lydia Mountain Lodge to Early Mountain Vineyard. The pickup location will be at the Lydia Mountain Pavilion, and drop-offs will be to your individual cabins. Further details will be provided at the Welcome Party.
