If early check-in isn't available, the hotel will typically allow you to store your luggage securely before the ceremony. You can drop your bags then take the shuttle to the ceremony and back. After the ceremony, you can formally check in and settle into your room at your convenience. Alternatively, you can drive directly to the ceremony with your bags and check in afterward.
