What is the dress code?

Is there a deadline for reserving the hotel room block?
Answer
Yes! The room block is available to book until June 30th, 2025.

Is your wedding indoor or outdoor?
Answer
Both! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, so please keep this in mind when selecting your attire. The dinner and reception will be indoors.

Do you have a wedding registry?
Answer
Yes! While your presence is the only gift we truly need, if you decide to give us a gift please know it is completely optional. Our registry will be listed on our "Registry" page by Spring 2025.

Where should I stay?
Answer
We recommend the Comfort Inn & Suites and The George Washington Hotel. Transportation from these hotels is provided to the venue. Check out the "Travel" page on our site for more information on the hotel room blocks.

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
Although we would love to accommodate everyone who would like to join our celebration, we are only able to accommodate the number of guests noted on your formal invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Are children invited?
Answer
We are unable to accommodate children unless they are named on the invitation. We hope this notice is enough time for you to make other arrangements to take the day off and celebrate with us!

Is transportation provided?
Answer
Yes! Round-trip shuttle transportation available from the George Washington Hotel and Comfort Inn & Suites in Winchester, Virginia. If you choose to stay at a different hotel/housing accommodation, you are still welcome to meet at either hotel for shuttle pickup. Please RSVP for the shuttle after receiving the formal invitation if you would like to reserve a spot!

Can I drive to the venue?

Yes! There is a designated parking lot at our venue that will be reserved for guests.

Are ridesharing services an option?
Answer
Uber and other ride-sharing services are unreliable in the area. We recommend driving or taking advantage of the shuttle service.
