The ceremony will be outside on grass, but all other events will be indoors or on a patio. We recommend wearing shoes that are comfortable for walking and dancing!

While we adore your little ones, our wedding events are adults-only. We hope this gives everyone the chance to relax and enjoy a couple of well-deserved nights off!

Yes, there will be plenty of parking available at the venue.

Mid-April in Sarasota brings beautiful, dry spring weather, with average daytime highs reaching the low 80s and comfortable evening lows dipping into the low 60s. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside while the reception will be indoors, so we will get to enjoy a mix of spring weather and cool AC the day of.

There will be shuttles departing from the Art Ovation Hotel to and from the venue on the day of the wedding. Please see the "Schedule" tab for details. There are also plenty of Ubers/Lyfts in the area along with parking at the venue if you would rather go to/from the venue on your own.
