WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! Dress code is semi-formal to formal attire. Our venue is outdoors with some dirt areas, ladies please keep this in mind when making your shoe selection. Reminder we are also in the mountain areas, we know it will be summer time and warm in August, but it can still get a little chilly at night.

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding to adults only with the exception to the little ones in the wedding. That being said, we kindly ask that you only bring those formally invited on your invitation. We hope you understand and enjoy the night off to celebrate with us.

CAN I BRING A GUEST?

Answer

Although we would love to offer a plus one to all guests, we have a strict guest list to stay on track with budget and venue restrictions. We kindly ask only those who received a plus one on the invite to bring a guest.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES?

Answer

We kindly request that you enjoy this special moment with us presently and leave all cell phones or cameras in your purse or pocket during the ceremony. We hired an amazing photographer and videographer to capture every detail of the wedding and will of course share those moments after. After the ceremony we would love for you to capture our special day and we encourage you to snap away!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:15PM. Please arrive no later than 2:45PM to allow time to park, enter the venue, and find a seat. Due to pathway lay outs, all walkways leading to the ceremony area will be blocked or closed off for walking guests a few minutes before the ceremony begins. No late entry to the ceremony will be permitted.

IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE?

Answer

Yes! PLEASE NOTE THE PARKING LOT IS IN A DIFFICULT LOCATION PLEASE USE THIS ADDRESS TO ACCESS THE PARKING LOT: 1368 Shay Rd. Big Bear City, CA 92314 There is plenty of complimentary parking at the venue with staff from the venue to help guide you.
