After nine years together, two years married, a baby, and multiple pandemic-induced delays, we are finally getting to celebrate our love with you all! *** After meeting at UCSB*, Aaron and Katie began as friends first. Eventually, they could no longer hide their mutual crushes and decided to make things official. Katie's graduation started off a year of traveling between San Diego and LA until grad school finally brought her north. Now living in the same city, things moved pretty quickly and just four short years later, the two were engaged! The original July 2020 wedding date ended up not working out.....but an intimate civil ceremony at San Diego's Marriage Hut did just fine. Aaron and Katie welcomed baby Mara in May 2022 and are now looking forward to celebrating their family's journey with their closest friends and family. Thank you all for your love and support along the way. We can't wait to host you all in our new city! *** *There is some debate regarding when Aaron and Katie first met. Aaron believes it was after he transferred to SB, but he is in fact wrong. The two actually met the year before when he was visiting friends in IV.
