While we had never met or even heard of each other prior to October 2, 2015, we were both in Atlanta for the wedding of our mutual friend, Craig Colsky. I was a high school friend of Craig's, while Adam was his college roommate, so we were both in the wedding as a groomswoman and groomsman. After getting sent to the wrong location for the rehearsal dinner (thanks, Craig), we were the last two to arrive at Cafe Agora BUCKHEAD and grabbed the only available seats, which happened to be across from each other. We started chatting, and the rest is history...

After a long day of shopping with my mom and Allison, I came home to find a note on the door and the deadbolt locked. The note led me on a (tricky!) scavenger hunt through our apartment complex, which ended in the mail room. Inside our mailbox was an envelope that contained the ticket from our first date (a Miami/FSU football game) and a note to come back to the apartment. When I got back into the apartment (I was allowed in this time!), Adam had decorated it with old greeting cards, photos and keepsakes from our time together. He also made the sweetest video with pictures from all of our "firsts!" *If you haven't seen it, here is the link: https://youtu.be/07tNgeC2Bz0 My mom was in town, so we went to dinner with her and my sister to celebrate. Adam's parents, Ken & Cindy were at a rehearsal dinner for a family friend, so the plan was to meet up with them for dessert at Cafe Agora (where we met) after. Running very late (long story... but Adam will gladly tell you!), we walked into Cafe Agora to see Adam's family and several of our friends in the private room where we first met there to surprise me! It was the perfect end to this unforgettable day!
