Masculine Semi-Formal Attire For a semi-formal event, you can leave your tuxedo and cummerbund in the closet. A semi-formal ensemble consists of the following: dress shoes (such as loafers or Oxfords), dark socks, dress pants (or khakis), and a button-down dress shirt. A dark suit is always a good option. If you choose to wear a suit, a tie or bowtie is optional. A blazer or sports coat is suitable for daytime events, while you should wear a suit jacket at evening events. Feminine Semi-Formal Attire Feminine semi-formal wear is a broad category that includes midi dresses, maxi-dresses, wrap dresses, cocktail dresses, pantsuits, and jumpsuits. If you choose to wear a dress, your hemline can fall below the knee. The event is not black-tie, so there's no need for a floor-length gown or ball gown. Heels, sandals, flats, and dress shoes are appropriate.
Please arrive NO later than 15 minutes before the ceremony. This will allow time for you to park and find your seat.
The church, Our Lady of Grace, has plenty of parking on site. The reception venue, the McNamara Alumni Center, does not have parking on-site. The closest parking garage is the University Ave Ramp, which is connected to the McNamara. The next closest parking garage is the Washington Ave Ramp, which is connected to the Graduate Hotel (which is connected to the McNamara). Both are paid parking garages.

Nope, we just think the campus is pretty.
Yep, we know. The university fall semester start date will be 1 week after our wedding which may mean campus will be busy with welcome events and students moving in. But regardless, crowds or no crowds, we are going to throw one hell of a party. You may want to give your self a little extra time to get places due to campus traffic.
