FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

12:30-12:45. Take a seat in the church and enjoy the prelude music! The mass will begin at 1pm.

Question

Can I bring my phone or take pictures?

Answer

We ask that you do not use your cell phones during the ceremony, and preferably not at all once you enter the church. Our photographers are fantastic and will get plenty of pictures, which we will be glad to share with you!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There will be ample parking in the parking lots at both the church and at The Everly.

Question

I have a food allergy or dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Katie has food allergies too. Text her and she will make the caterer aware. When you RSVP, please indicate any dietary restrictions and we will do our best to accommodate.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kiddos, but this is an adult only ceremony and reception. Thanks for your understanding!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Cocktail attire, suit and tie, or a sports coat. No jeans, please.

Question

Will there be a shuttle from the reception to the hotel?

Answer

Unfortunately there is no shuttle service, but you are allowed to leave your car the The Everly overnight. Uber is also readily available in Mentor. We want everyone to have fun and get home safely!!
