- Garden of the Gods: has multiple hiking trails, or you can take a leisurely drive through the park. There is a visitor center nearby and several parking lots throughout. FREE. - Pikes Peak: if you’re feeling up to being at 14,000 feet, Pikes Peak has stunning views. You can drive up there (cheapest and has multiple places to stop along the way), or you can purchase tickets for the cog railway, which allows you time to take pictures and peruse the visitor center before going back down. The cog railway does not have bathrooms.

They also have some food items like avocado toast and bowls. - Urban Egg: several locations including downtown. They have a large breakfast and coffee menu. - Denver Biscuit Co: downtown location with sandwiches on huge biscuits. This place is in Atomic Cowboy, which also serves other food options like pizza. - The Exchange: another downtown breakfast and lunch spot with coffee.
- Grand View at Garden of the Gods Resort & Club: absolutely incredible views of Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak! - The Rabbit Hole: underground nighttime restaurant and bar. It’s Alice and Wonderland themed (but not overly themed and still very nice if you don’t care about Alice and Wonderland). - Paravicini’s Italian Bistro: located in Old Colorado City (short drive from downtown). Decent Italian food is hard to come by in Colorado Springs, but this place is considered one of the best here. - Sushi Row: upscale downtown sushi restaurant. They offer other (limited) food options besides sushi.
