Sarah Harding
Maid of Honor
Established 1991. Sarah has been my best friend for 26 years. We met as adorable babies when our moms were neighbors and pregnant at the same time. Since then we've had the pleasure of being neighbors, classmates, pen pals and dedicated BFFs. Sarah is incredibly thoughtful and creative. She has an adorable chocolate lab (Moose) and is working on her M.S. in Psychology in her pursuit of becoming a Marriage and Family Counselor.
Rachael Nevis

Established 2006. Rachael might be my little sister, but she has always been my biggest supporter. Raych is a silly, smart sixth grader who is big into the youtube and K-pop scene. She has the best imagination and has excellent taste in baking shows. I am always so humbled by her kindness and impressed with her wit.
Christine Salas

Established 2006. I met Christine on the very first day of high school when I tripped getting on the school bus and scuffed her brand new Jordans. After trying to clean her shoes by licking my thumb and rubbing off the scuff mark, I sat down next to a slightly horrified Christine and we've been friends ever since. I can always count on Christine to keep it all kinds of real and make me laugh until I cry. Christine is putting her many talents/degree in Criminal Justice to good use a Youth Counselor at the Children's home of Stockton.
Maria Reynolds

Established 2010. Maria was my freshman roommate in college in Florida. I was incredibly lucky to have someone as caring as Maria as my roommate. She always took me home with her to her parents house who adopted me as their very own "California Daughter." Maria is incredibly hard working and is finishing a Screenwriting certificate program in NYC. She also totally ran a half marathon which is mega impressive and sends me the best snap chats.
Meagan Schaefer

Established 2006. Meagan and I met in high school. We somehow never had any classes together so we first became friends through her sister. Meag and I dedicated much of our friendship to passing the most hilarious notes. She always let me copy her homework at lunch and would pack extra snacks for me. Meagan works as a 2nd grade teacher at a mission in San Francisco and continues to be one of the most diplomatic and inquisitive (and kind and thoughtful) people I know.
Ashley Schaefer

Established 2006. Ashley is the singular reason I passed Geometry in high school. (Thank you, BTW) We first bonded in P.E. over our mutual love of Fall Out Boy. I once got to visit Ashley in Germany where she was interning for BMW. She currently lives (too far away from me) in Irvine, CA where she works as a mechanical engineer. Perhaps most importantly though she shares my undying love of Hallmark Christmas movies and all things Harry Potter.
Amanda Van Winkle

Established 2012. Amanda is my beautiful sister-in-law who hails from Germany. Her and my brother met while he was stationed in Germany and they moved to CA with their two children in 2015. Amanda is working on completing her Associates degree and is absolutely killing it, FYI. She is amazingly creative, super funny, a killer dancer and can bake circles around anyone I know .
Rob Howard
Best Man
Established 2005. Rob and I met at church and became instant friends once we discovered we had the same first name. In the decade plus that we have known each other, Rob and I have competed against one another on the swim team in high school, participated in community service projects together through our church, and worked together at Hoppy Brewing Company in Sacramento. In addition to being a great friend, Rob works as a Master Brewer in Portland, Oregon while supporting his dog Jack and wife-to-be Shannon.
Michael Orton

Established 1988. Michael is my cousin and we are nine months apart in age so we've been good friends since we were little kids. As children, we bonded over our love of nerf guns, legos and cartoons. As adults we bonded over our love of games, sports, beer, and more cartoons. Michael is one of the smartest guys I have ever met. He earned a masters in mechanical engineering at age 23 and currently works as a senior design engineer creating surgical robots.
Josiah Catalan

Established 2007. Josiah and I met during our freshman year at Sacramento State University. We became close while being members of the same fraternity at Sac State, traveling together over spring breaks, and going to concerts and baseball games whenever we got the chance. In addition to being a great friend, Josiah has an impressive knowledge of all things music. Josiah is currently working toward his PHD in music at UC Davis and introduced me to a lot of bands that I still love to this day.
Luis Ortiz

Established 2007. Luis and I met during our freshman year at Sacramento State University. We lived together in the dorms and every house after the dorm life. Luis and I share a passion for video games, horror movies, and baseball (even though he is a Phillies fan).
John Orton

John is my super chill, go-with-the flow, little brother. He is the only brother that got endowed with our dad's cool curly hair and is by far the most out going of all of us Orton brothers. John currently works as a bartender at a popular music venue in Missoula, Montana.
Neil Orton

Neil is my youngest brother. We both share a passion for video games and sci-fi/fantasy movies & tv shows. While in high school, Neil was heavy active in the high school drama club. I would argue that Neil is the bravest of the Orton brothers because of his ability get in front of auditoriums of people and play major rolls without stammering or breaking a sweat like I would. Neil is currently studying stage management at Southern Oregon University.
Tajz Wells

Established 2007. Tajz and I met as freshmen at Sacramento State University. We became good friends over our mutual love of sports, video games, and BBQ. Tajz is a gifted guitar player and maker of creative craft cocktails, and utilizes his skills while working as a bartender at various venues around downtown Sacramento
